Moreover, the area has experienced substantial growth over the years, with the emergence of more neighborhoods and shopping and dining options that were nonexistent decades ago.

These properties often provide convenient access to the lake and may only be just a short walk from your residence!  Homes with Deeded Boat Slips will average in the $650-900K range, but of course they can go up significantly depending upon the community.
